Everstream is not responsible for data breaches if the client shares portal access. Except as otherwise provided, Subscriber assumes all responsibility for the use of the Everstream Service(s) and agrees to use the Service(s) at its own risk. Everstream exercises no control over, and assumes no responsibility of the content transmitted through the Service(s) or connections beyond the Everstream connection including shared portal access. As such, Everstream expressly disclaims any responsibility for Subscriber’s use and content transmitted. Subscriber further acknowledges that any data, material, or traffic of any kind, carried, uploaded, downloaded, or otherwise transmitted through the Service(s) is done at Subscribers sole discretion and control. Everstream shall not be liable for any damage to Subscriber for any damage to Subscriber’s equipment, data, or material that results from Subscriber’s use and connections to the Service(s).
